CORE SEL Survey – We are administering the CORE Social Emotional Culture Climate Student Survey beginning fall 2017. This survey will help us to analyze our school’s strengths and weaknesses and correlate these measures against a variety of academic and performance measures. In particular, this will afford us the opportunity to measure the effectiveness of our efforts to build a strong culture of students who exhibit growth mindset and healthy self management, etc.
This survey will be administered using passive consent, therefore every student can take the survey UNLESS a parent provides written notice that they are denying participation. (EC 51513; 20 U.S.C. 1232(h), BP 6162.8) . You can view the survey from the link below.

California Healthy Kids – This survey is administered every other year and staff can access results at the links below (Sweetwater login required).
Hanover (Parents and Staff) – This annual survey provides information from our parents and staff to measure our effectiveness in building a school community that supports each student and family in Sweetwater.
Senior Survey – This exit survey is given annually in May to get feedback from our departing seniors to improve our service to students each year.
